When you can resolve internal and external conflict and challenges such as anxiety and depression, it builds self-confidence and trust. As a client I want you to acknowledge, validate and identify your own experiences and emotions without judgment. It is essential that you are able to create a new narrative to begin a process of accountability, growth, and healing. It is important that you are being seen, heard, and valued. As you begin your journey, you will begin to identify your main issues such as grief and loss, depression, anxiety, self-esteem, mood disorders, behavior, conflict, boundaries, and other issues.
